Here's a little background that made Puresweet possible. A few years back, due to my sweet tooth and having a fairly high sugar diet I went on a mission to find a sugar alternative that tasted great and was good for my body too. For many years I was disappointed with the options available on the market, I could not come to terms with the artificial and bitter aftertaste many sweeteners harboured.

One year I was over in the states at a food exhibition and I stumbled across a similar product to our product Puresweet Zero, I was surprised that this was not available in the UK, this sweetener tasted like sugar, granulated like sugar, 100% natural, and had zero calories, finally this was my answer!

Thanks to this great discovery Puresweet was born.
